Raytac’s MDBT50-512K & MDBT50-P512K is a BT5.4 qualifed module designed based on Nordic nRF52833 SoC solution, which incorporates: GPIO, SPI, UART, I2C,I2S, PMD, PWM, ADC, NFC and USB interfaces for connecting peripherals and sensors.
MDBT50 can be supplied with a voltage from 1.7 to 5.5 V, -40°C~105 industrial operation temperature. Features Upto +8 dBm output power and supports BT5.2 Direction Finding, high-throughput 2 Mbps, Long Range. Multiprotocol radio provides, Thread and Zigbee and Bluetooth mesh protocols.
